You should exfoliate and apply a moisturizure that is not oil free. and do your foundation

Hi there,
I also have dry skin and after a lot of trial and error here's what I've found to work the best for me. 1) I exfoliate twice a week and use a moisturizer in the day and before bed 2) I either mix my BB cream (Garnier) WITH my moisturizer, and apply it together or 3) I use True Match Lumi and apply with a beauty blender sponge. I think it's the beauty blender that makes the difference for me though (use it damp) because I have tried using the Lumi foundation with different brushes, sponges (damp and dry) and it ALWAYS looked dry and had almost a powdery looking finish to it. When I apply with the the beauty blender, it gives me a beautiful, airbrushed finish. I also top it off with Urban Decay's All Nighter finishing spray and I think that adds more moisture yet, which my skin needs. Good luck!

Exfoliate right before you put on your makeup and invest in a really good moisturizer.
