On your jawline. Make sure it blends seamlessly into your neck. Also check your undertone. See if you're neutral, yellow or pink.

The easiest way is to make a line from your cheek/jawline and go down a ways on your neck and see which line disappears.

You can check on your jaw line, chest, or wrist. & it's best to try & match your foundation in natural lighting if you can.
