You should always wear your hair up for an interview, I love a side bun with side parting loosely clipped behind your ear :) I think it looks sophisticate but it's fun also.

I agree with shannon, for an interview you should have an updo.. there are lots of cute updos on youtube and I'm sure you'd found something that suits you :) good luck :)

You don't want to wear anything distracting. Safe bet...hair pulled back as either a ponytail or a bun. Once you land the job then you can go creative with the hairstyles.

For professional matters it's best to pull your hair back. Buns and Braids look most professional. If you would rather wear it down I would straighten it (straight hair looks tamed and professional) and go half up half down. :)
