It's because the makeup is settling into your creases. You're young I don't actually think you have wrinkles. Everyone has some lines around their eyes/mouth area.
To avoid this try to use a lighter foundation. I find heavy/thick foundations cake up in creases and make them noticeable. Also a primer can help create a barrier from your skin to your makeup, and then setting it with powder will help it from not exaggerating the lines. My foundation always settles in my laugh lines around my mouth and I hate it. To correct this I apply my foundation in a circular buffing motion and I also put a lighter layer of the foundation where my lines are. Also for lines around your eyes avoid using shimmery eyeshadows, they highly extenuate lines. Try to stick with matte colours.

Everything shauna s. said. Primer and moisturizer will help fill in any lines.. Dry matte foundations that are heavy will make wrinkles more obvious. More mature skin does a lot better with light dewy foundations rather than heavy matte

I moisturized my face last night and I used my smashbox photo finish primer before I put on my MAC foundation and I am noticing big crease marks between my eye browns and top of my nose.

What mac foundation? Skin type? Do you think it might be caused by dryness or does it start to crease during the day (like is the makeup moving as the day goes on but it's good when applied)?

MAC mineralized. its a liquid foundation and it happens during the day of wearing it. its good when I apply but as the day goes on I notice the creases.

Oh ok your makeup might be moving. I would try a setting or finishing spray then. Urban decay has a good setting spray (you can get a deluxe size to try out at ulta or sephora for about $12 I believe) and I've heard that Ben nye final seal is a good finishing spray. These might help if the makeup is moving....Oh are you using a powder to set the makeup that might help as well like shauna said.

I had a MAC powder and I didnt like it at all so right now I'm not but I even had problems back when I used It that my makeup looked cakey haha but I will definitely try a setting spray and find a good powder. any recommendations for a good powder?

I really haven't found the hg perfect setting powder :(. Still searching for that one but I really like urban decays ultra definition or just a loreal true match powder as of right now. I've heard mufe hd microfinish powder is the most popular but I'm not sold on it yet. I would just go to sephora or ulta and get a few samples of setting/finishing powders and see which one works best for you. :)
