Ok, so about a week ago I bought the Naked 2 Palette (yeah, I know I'm late but I don't like the Naked 3 very much) and I use it about everyday to school! But by the end of the day the eyeshadow like folds into the creases of my eyelid and I'm left with lines of eyeshadow. Do you think it's because I'm using concealer as primer? Does it not last that long?? Please help, I want this to stop!!

Definitely because of the concealer!! all the ladies recommended great primers, at the drugstore level I'd try Milani's and the wet n wild fergie primer, which is amazing.

Yes don't use concealer as primer it sets I to fine lines and is to thick for your thin eyelid skin

For sure it is because you are using concealer. I just bought it as well, and If I don't use a primer, I do get creasing. but its slight. If I use Urban Decays' Eden primer, it stays literally alll day.

Urban decay's primer potion and nyx jumbo pencil in milk blended together help my shadow stay. also consider using a setting spray.

Mm primer potion does nothing for my oily lids if I don't use a mac paint pot over it as a base or a nyx base.
I'd suggest the nars eyeshadow primer. It's the best for oily lids like mine.

Like most of these ladies said, it's definitely the concealer. You should definitely invest in a good primer. Urban Decays primer potion is great, but personally Too Faced Shadow Insurance is bettter. Either one, I guarantee primer will solve the issue.(:

Primer potion works better for dry/normal skin and you never mentioned you have oily lids, the nyx jumbo pencils work ok by themselves but mac's paint pot in ochre works really well too for me.
