Lol, well I have the perfect makeup remover for you, but unfortunately it's not a drugstore brand :c

Maybe the simple skincare line would have that. some people use olive or coconut oil.

Neutrogena wipes work well. They're about 6-8 dollars. But if you go to costco they have a three pack for 15.00.

Agree with Monique, Neutrogena wipes are amazing, not drying too.

The best one I've used that gets all of it off is the purple neutrogena makeup removal wipes. it has lavender in it and it feels nice after you use it :)

I love Salma Hayek's Dual Phase makeup remover from her Nuance line. It's sold exclusively at CVS and it's about $7 but mine lasted me forever. I've had it since October and have just under half of a bottle left. It's very gentle and has never burned or stung when using it. (obviously don't get it IN your eyes because then it might sting a little lol)
Philosophy also makes one I used to love. I think it was called Release Me. It was a cleansing oil/makeup remover. It's super gentle and literally does just melt makeup off. It's not a drugstore brand though so its pricey.
