I have both and definitely Anastasia. As much as I love benefit, the brow kit had very few colors, the wax was unnatural looking and the packaging is always messy with those.

Anastasia Pomade is amazing but I wouldn't recommend it if you're a brow beginner.

Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade, definitely. I don't own it (yet) personally, but I tried it out in the store. Extremely pigmented, and would definitely take some practice (at least for me) to get perfect. Elf brow kit is almost an exact duplicate for the Benefit brow kit, and is only $3. If you're a beginner, go for the elf brow kit, but if you aren't (or are willing to practice some), then go for Anastasia Dipbrow.
