Can I mix this foundation with this moisturizer?

It shouldn't be a problem, but if it's too dark then mixing it with a moisturizer the moisturizer won't make it lighter. At least, in my experience the color has stayed the same, but it's sheered out when mixed with moisturizers.

Yes you can mix them since the top ingredients are very similar (water , silicones, and glycerin). In saying that you should probably do a trial run at home to make sure that it doesn't cake up or oxidize. If it looks bad you can always use the foundation as a contour colour :)
