Girls I recently discovered that when I don't wear makeup my face doesn't look and feel as oily as when I wear makeup but in the day time you could not imagine how much oil my face can produce it is so disgusting.and I am very upset about that and I am sick and tired.do you have any recommendations except applying primer or oil free foundation.

Light reflecting powders can make you look oily. Set your face with a rice powder or corn starch based setting powder. You could just use corn starch. Avoid baby powder as it's just talc and most translucent powders are made of that too but it's just not as good with oily skin

Tarte has a powder made with Amazonian clay that helps absorb oil. They also have a foundation made with the same clay. I personally didn't love it but when it works for people, it really seems to work lol. I also agree that you could try a setting spray from Urban Decay or Skindivania (Skindivania actually make the ones for UD) UD also have a powder called De-Slick as well. Both the powders I mentioned are translucent so you should be able to apply them as needed without worrying about looking cakey or it adding too much coverage. I only use translucent because I find it sets everything without adding anything else or altering the actual color of my foundation too much. That and they usually feel much lighter on the skin.

I know you said "except oil free foundation", but Clinique stay matte foundation was tested on a 80% humidity and over 90 degrees weather, and I've heard many reviews where beauty gurus say it lasts all day for really oily skin.

Also, try carrying a good powder for touch ups on your bag and setting spray.

I have the same prob. Super oil slick. Mine cut back quite a bit when I started moisturizing. Parched oily skin produces more oil because it's trying to compensate for dryness. The trick is finding a moisturizer that agrees with oily skin and doesn't cause acne. My fav so far has been ole henrikson sheer transformation.

I've been using Cetaphil's oil control moisturizer, Garnier BB cream for oily/combination skin, UD Deslick setting spray, and Mario Badescu setting powder. It's worked really well for me. I also carry Boscia Lavender Blotting papers for touch ups, and I carry Smashbox Stay Matte in my bag for really oily days.
As someone else said, make sure you moisturize. I've been using Squalene Oil and Maracuja at night and it's helped, too.

I have the exact same issue with oils. I know this may sound crazy, but the only thing that truly works for me is using Milk of Magnesia, which is totally effective and dirt cheap. A little goes a long way and it lasts forever. I use it in conjunction with my Lorac Porefection Mattifying Face primer and I get crazy good results. I also use Victoria's Secret Make it Last Makeup Setting Spray. I find that with these three products, I have an outstanding oil control system, as opposed to just using one mattifying product. Also, remember to always set your liquid/cream products with a setting powder. Hope that helps!
