I think you should go for a mix of the two. Casual but put together.

Well the real question for me is will you be out and doing exercises maybe? I don't know lol these are some outfits more suited for a desk job?

Thanks Anh! I'm not actually being a coach, I'm mainly the coaches assistant so I'll do whatever she tells me to be it paperwork or workouts :)
