I'm having a hard time finding a good, high spf that my skin won't react to. I need something that I can apply makeup over. I have acne prone, sensitive skin. Any recommendations would be wonderful :)

I just discovered CeraVe has an AM formula with SPF thanks to a member here..ran out and snagged some. I have crazy sensitive skin and have not yet had an issue. Aveeno daily radiance is also wonderful.

The aveeno gave me terrible cystic acne ): I'll look into the CeraVe

Oh no! The CeraVe should be much more gentle. Good luck.

Use neutrogena sunblock its so amazing it doesn't feel oily or sticky and can be used as a promer below your makeup.

It's pricey, but I adore it, Origins A Perfect World moisturizer with SPF 25. It will both hydrate and give SPF protection but it isn't greasy and is gentle. It's my favorite moisturizer with SPF in it hands down. But CeraVe is a really good brand as well though. I haven't used their SPF formula but they have a good reputation for being gentle and non-irritating.

I'd use the neutrogena for sensitive skin one as it's sunscreen is zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, they are physical sunscreens that won't be absorbed by the skin. Physical sunscreens are the types used in the baby sunscreen

Neutrogena sensitive skin also broke me out.
Thanks for the recommendations :)

Shannon S., you're my skin soul sis lol! I had awful breakouts with Neutrogena, Aveeno, Cerave, Clinique and whatnot! My super freakin sensitive, acne-prone skin can only tolerate Coppertone Sensitive No breakout sunscreen with Spf 30, try it, you won't be disappointed. Also, La Roche Posay should fit you fine too.
