I like the jordana fabuliner (it's felt tip and cheap!!) it lasts all day and is so easy to apply.

I love felt tip. Some lady recommended Maybelline master precise felt tipped liner when I returned one I had previously bought & it's hands down the best eyeliner I've tried. It's super pigmented and long wearing.

Totally agree about the Jordana fabuliner, its my HG, lasts all day and makes really percise lines. Physicians formula eye booster liner is also a favorite, it has a flexible felt tip and is soooo inky and black, its amazing.

Felt tip if you don't apply an enormous amount of eyeliner. If you want a very dramatic look, go for liquid. Also felt tip is easier to control.
