Whatever you add via mobile..the last one you add becomes your default until you change it. You cannot delete pics via mobile though..not to my knowledge. While viewing the forum on your app..click on the three dots in the right upper corner..then choose my account/profile..and the camera.

On the the mobile site go to photos and then click the add/+ button and add the photo you can add captions to and it will ad it to your profile but not as a profile picture.
