I want to try new hair masks either bought or diy. I use coconut oil and olive oil sometimes which works great but it's stopping my hair dye from taking to my hair until I deep cleanse a few times. Any suggestions appreciated :)

I love Pureology hydra whip. Pricy, but you use so little that it lasts. Plus, your hair smells great! Backup would be "It's a 10".

I use almond oil. I leave it in my hair as I sleep and was it out in the morning!

Use fenugreek seed. just soak two tablespoon of fenugreek seeds over night in plain water and tomorrow morning blend it on the blender to create a pasty texture and apply all over scalp. if there is leftover, go ahead and apply to ends. this mask strengthens hair, avoid hair fall, and makes hair grow faster and also promotes new hair growth. google it for more info and by the way this is a traditional Indian hair mask I've been doing.

Besides that, you can also break an egg, add in any oil, I use sesame oil and almond oil, add some mayonnaise, honey, yogurt and mix it and apply all over hair and scalp. this make nourishes and strengthens hair, preventing hair fall. good luck!

@Caitriona- You're welcome 😊 I've been meaning to buy it myself, since I'm dying my hair soon.

I also love the Macadamia Masque, the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask, and the Keratin Complex Vanilla Bean Deep Conditioner (which I use like a mask). All are great, and if you have dyed hair I highly suggest the Keratin Complex conditioner, it's perfect for color treated hair.
