Face: Hourglass Veil Mineral primer is hands down the best, but pricey :s Too Faced Primed & Poreless is another great one.
Eyes: my personal favorites are Eden (for matte shadows) & Sin (for shimmer shadows) from the UD Primer Potion line. they work wonders!
