It's that primer mixed with your foundation. the healthy skin primer ingredients is counteracting with the foundation ingredients now. So you would need to change the primer to the Shine control. if you compare the two it will make sense why this is happening,for example I had the same thing happen to me when I used Too Faced Poreless primer under my Too faced BB cream it did not go well It was blotchy on my nose and forehead I switch it up with another primer and it fixed the problem.

Have you tanned a little in the face mines did that because I lightly tanned so it was getting blotchy but it shouldn't do that if your always did this routine I hope it gets better.

That happened to me before, I notice it was my primer I stoped putting on a primer and just put on moisturizer and I notice a big different
