you have to trim it for sure, kuz ur hair is going to keep breaking and it will get short. to let your hair grow trim if ur hair grows fast every month if not every 2 months. use redkin anti snap leave in conditioner it prevents breakage of the hair htreseme heat protector is awesome it will take the corseness away also aussie 3min miracle conditioner will help to

oh and old school things work to vo5 hot oils is perfect for over prossesed hair or i recomend you to change your shampoo what do u use? try sulfate free shampoo it is gentle on hair and makes your hair dye last a lot longer!

Yes definitely go sulfate free. But also, leave your hair alone! No using heat! Get a good leave in conditioner, I personally live its a ten plus keratin. It's awesome. :) you should also really do weekly coconut oil treatments! Natural products and natural hair is soo the way to go trust me!

@ jordan.. YES i totally agree with u on natural hair! i did the mistake of bleaching it so i could go red and this was this past june!!! now my hair is a complete mess so now im getting it healthy again...

Plain ol mayonnaise is a great thing for your hair! Cheaper than a beauty supply store cholesterol and does the same things! :)

Yep you can get it at Sally's.. Or target, Walmart, even the grocery store. It's usually with products for ethnic hair but you can use it on damaged hair too;)
