Dark hair, blue eyes, fair skin - but what lipstick?

I need some advice! I have a dark brown, almost black hair, blue eyes like the sky and I'm pale as a ghost. The problem is I have fallen in love with red, burgundy and orange lipsticks, but I'm afraid to use these colors. I feel like I look like a vampire-ghost-zombie. Is there anyone else with the same problem? What colors do you use in your lips? Any product advice?

I wear nudes and nudish pinks with lip liner. But I feel you can pull off the reds :)

My best friend has your coloring, except green eyes. She LOVES red lips, dark vampy lips, purple, orange and hot pink, etc. They're gorgeous on her! I recommend adding black liner and a little more mascara and doing your brows when rocking bold lips, but you can definitely pull it off! She really loves the Matte Lip Creams and Matte Lipsticks from NYX.

Thanks everyone! Those photos gave me some confidence to try out some burgundy red lips and other bold colors :) I'll add a pic as soon as I try it next time.
