Yes, bleaching it will get the color better. Style it with a cute messy bun. Deep conditioning helps prevent damage. It'll be pretty cool looking. And it won't look to much.

- you can style the same way as you always do. It's still hair and does the same ^_^
- condition hair. Cut off split ends
-personally I don't think it would look good. Does not suit your skin and I think it's too childish. That just me though. It's up to you with what you do. I think this color would look a lot better on you though if you really want to go with an unnatural color.
Also remember since your hair is so long you will need more than one box to dye it. You might even need three. My hair isn't as long as yours and I need two boxes to dye my hair >_<

You would need to bleach it if not the color won't look like this and won't grab
