Ok well it depends how much you want to to wear.. But if you want to wear a full face of make up then you have to start with a foundation.. Or a BB cream if you don't want as much coverage. Some people chose to apply the face makeup after the eye makeup and lips, but I feel that is better to apply it before(You don't have to wear a foundation if you feel it is not necessary). Also, you should probably start with a primer, but it is not needed. After you apply the foundation or BB cream you should put face powder over it so that the foundation stays on and doesn't look oily. Then you can do whatever eye makeup you choose, if you want eye makeup. Also, you can choose to apply a lip product as well. It is all of your decision what you do and don't put on your face. Also, I recommend filling in your eyebrows because your eyebrows shape your face and pull the whole makeup look together:) sorry I made it so long.. Lol. I hope this helps.

Kristen offers a ton of great advice, but I'll explain why some people apply eyeshadow before moving on to foundation. I'm 99% sure it's so they eyeshadow fallout doesn't get all over your freshly made up face. (: if that happens, you can always sweep it off with a fan brush, but I would actually recommend doing your eyeshadow first so you can clear out the fallout before moving to your face makeup, especially if you know the eyeshadow you are using has a ton of fallout. (: in the end, it's all really personal preference on the order you apply makeup(like face first, then lips, then eyes).

I would say research makeup first. It's not as easy as it seems.
