Much like Chicago, NY weather tends to change in an instant. Warm days do not necessarily keep their promises..and certainly not after the sun has gone down. I would add a light cardi and stick with shoes that will hold up to walking and long periods of standing. Cover those toes.. lol Crowds often mean trampled on toes.

Black flats would look lovely with it. And maybe take a light jacket (I'm thinking black leather) just because Ny weather is hardly what it says on the news. lol
