I used to have bumps like that until I started using the oil cleansing method. It's easy worth a try. The oil really can clean out all those clogged pores.

@amy- I used to do the oil cleansing method, it was working pretty good then I got tired of doing it. Maybe I should try it again

@ Beth - yes it definitely takes some time. I actually have a little ritual where I just lock myself in the bathroom away from everyone (well actually once kids are tucked in bed so I am really only getting away from my man.. Lol) & and I dedicate about fifteen or twenty mins to just getting myself prepped for bed. I always cleanse my face, but I often will use that time to try out any new products I have bought or apply a mask, do a peel, clean up my brows, change into my night clothes... just whatever I feel like... It actually helps me to wind down big time. I honestly don't know what I would do without that time before bed. Because the OCM does take a good five mins, I think the people who like it the most are people who not only enjoy the benefits of the facial oils, but really like the whole facial massage process and enjoy taking the time to pamper themselves on a daily basis, even if just for a few mins :)

@Amy, I like the idea of an all natural cleansing method, I kinda enjoyed it for the 2 months I tried it then got kinda bored of it I guess.. Too many steps.. I think I'm just being lazy. I should start over again.

My sister had the same thing and she tried everything to get rid of it. It ended up being a reaction to her contraceptive.

Hi Beth I was just wondering if you ever found a solution to this, I'm currently going through the same problem and it's so depressing.

I think these are not clogged pores but irritated skin. Try not applying any products on the affected area for an entire week and avoid foods that can cause allergies like dairy, sweets, peanuts, seafood etc.
