Blue Eyeshadow Ideas?

I have dark brown eyes and I am pretty fair. I never know how to use blue eye shadow without looking weird. What might be some ways?

Go for the lighter hues of blue in the corners of your eyes just to start testing some ideas and as soon as you start feeling bolder you could use more vibrant colours on your lid and maybe blend some white or maybe a lighter blue into your crease to get a cool effect!
