Got this new skirt, loving it!! But I have no clue what to wear it with. Because it is the winter it's a little harder to wear skirts, but I will still take summer suggestions

I think a dark red top, a dark blue top, white tops, black tops, almost any color would look good. I would wear sandals with it, I know it's winter though, but for spring maybe:)
