how would i be able to get my nails like this ?!?!

Paint white all over. Then paint tips then with a dot tool (anything that will make a dot) drag down a bit then make a full dot:) put on top coat and let dry:)

Paint your nails white and drip the second color on your nail then with the same color do a french tip get a tooth pick and drag the drips of paint to the french tip.
