I was invited to a semi formal, homecoming style sweet sixteen and I was wondering if high low dresses are okay? And any make up or accessories you think would go well would be awesome! Thank you!

I'd do my hair down in loose curls
I would say silver jewelry.
and you can do a Smokey eye with nude lip or red lip and natural eyes (:
