I'm in search of a quality face & lid primer, and possibly a liquid foundation. (I have always used a powder foundation) Suggestions? I have combination skin and need medium coverage. I'm on a budget too!

For a budget friendly foundation, I'd recommend Revlon Color Stay. I've heard good things about the Nyx primer.

I've always loved the Smashbox primers; the trial size lasts for ever for me as a little goes a long way. MUFE's was okay and I despised Laura Geller's spackle. It didn't work well and caused me to breakout which is pretty rare. UD's eye primer potions are terrific!

I've heard the Mally face primer is good :) my favorite eye primer is the Lorac one! Or for drugstore, Rimmel Stay Matte primer, Prestige eye primer. Naked Skin foundation from Urban Decay is really good :)

The best eye shadow / lid primer is and always will be by TOOFACED it's around $20 bucks but I can guarantee you your eyeshadow stays on the whole day!! And night!! I am a busy mother of two and do my make up at 830am in the morning and when I get home after work and dinner I look at myself and it still looks like it was in the morning!! I have tried several lid primers even like store brands but didn't work. This lid primer picks up the pig mentions and you never have a your eyeshadow flaking around while applying it!! I promise :)

Favorite eyeshadow primers- Milani (budget friendly but I don't know if they have it at Ulta though), Urban Decay Primer Potion (a little more expensive but last longer as far as product amount goes, Eden = Matte Finish or Sin = Shimmer are my favorite, and Too Faced Shadow Insurance is great.
Favorite Eyeshadows- Urban Decay, Too Faced, Smashbox Full Exposure Palette
Foundations- UD Naked Skin, Revlon Colorstay, Lancome, I would definitely get some samples of different ones though because they are expensive, and you don't want to waste your $$$.
Face Primers- I love Benefit PoreFessionals, Maybelline Baby Skin, Rimmel Fix and Perfect, NYX, Bare Minerals Prime Time.
