Need help finding earrings.

So I've been searching for the earrings that Miley Cyrus has in her helix piercing, the gold cuffs with diamonds. But I can't find where they are from or a similar pair. I'd prefer 14-18k gold since my ears are quite sensitive. If y'all could help that would be great!
