I finally found a skincare routine that does wonders for my skin and prevents any break outs when I'm not under a lot of stress and has even helped make my stress breakouts smaller. I drink plenty of water too, change my pillowcases and all of that stuff but I've been under a lot of stress dealing with stuff the past few weeks and my skin is hating me for it! Do you ladies know anything that will help with this? Is it hopeless because of all the stress? Please help! Thanks in advance :)

I love taking hot bubble baths with a small amount of light and maybe so gentle music? Sometimes I even bring in a heater so it stays warm for longer cause a lot of times it gets cold earlier than I want.
Another suggestion is yoga. It might be cliche and that's why I just work out instead.
You could also have a spa day. If you ever get the house to yourself, soak your feet and put on a mask that won't upset your skincare routine. Play your favorite movie, get some of your favorite food (not to fattening as it might be bad for your skin too)
Take the time to organize everything in your life. And tell yourself it's all under control and it's going to be okay. Because it will be :)
Good luck to you

Thanks Leslie :) I'm going to try those! I used to do yoga but then got busy so maybe I should try and make more time for it again :)

To prevent or reduce the severity of stress related breakouts (it's going to sound really obvious) but just try and reduce your stress. Even if it's 30-60 minutes take the time to paint your nails, do a face mask, exercise or even read a good book/magazine. Whatever works best for you to unwind! For me personally I like to call a friend and talk about what I have going on- both the things that are bothering me as well as things I'm looking forward to. Hopefully you can find what helps you best. Good luck!
