I really have trouble filling in my brows with it like I will outline underneath my natural brow shape but then I don't know what to do next and I've seen pictorials on it but they werent that helpful along with blending the thickest part out.

This sounds like a question for Symone, she loves her brows! I've never tried it, so I'm sorry I can't be of any help, but see what Symone says. You can also ask Aleighnna, I know she uses it and she has great brows.

But yeah! The dipbrow is a tricky product to work with. Even the most advanced people have difficulty working with it. But once you figure it out, the results are beautiful. What I do is I start from the middle of the brow. With my angled brow I start on the bottom of the brow then from the tail, then the top part of the tail. Since I don't have any hair in my outer 3rd, I totally fill in the tail.
-Then I start on the bottom from the middle and work inwards to the beginning of the brow to form a line
-then do the same thing but with the top
-it's your choice if you want to fill in the middle with powder or pomade
-I fill in with pomade, stopping like 1/6 to the beginning of brow
-use a spooly or brow brush to wiggle the product around so it lightly fills in the beginning part
-wipe off any product that went too far beyond the brow
-clean up bottom with concealer
Hope this helped

I love dipbrow! For outlining though, I find it easier to outline with a pencil, and then fill in the brows with dipbrow.
