Is there any way to make highlighting stand out more, mostly under the eyes with already very light skin?

I use an awesome highlight pencil for illuminating eyes..like a white frost. It was discontinued, but Anastasia has a great dupe..granted it is more money, but goes a long way.

Do you mean under your eye..as in a liner..or beneath the eye on the flesh? If it is the latter and not the former, you may want to look into the Bill Nye powders.

@Rozberry J. I mean under the eyes, its mostly for when I contour & highlight... Through winter I find it harder to get the brighter highlighted look under my eyes compared to summer when I'm a lot tanner... It looks and feels nicer and I struggle to achieve the same look through winter when I become more paler!

I'm in Australia so it also makes it a lot harder to get the bigger named products they have everywhere else.

Gotcha. I'm not sure if the powder is available there. Hopefully, someone can be of better assistance. Good luck!

Try using a light eye-shadow.

I set my concealer with a subtle highlighter with a damp beauty blender. I like Hourglass LUMINOUS LIGHT, its not a super shimmery highlighter. Sometimes I'll use Mac Soft & Gentle for nighttime, its a little more shimmery without being crazy. I use the damp Beauty blender to avoid a dry-looking caky look.
