Guys I had pretty bad hormonal acne all over my face and I cleared it in just 3 days and I know a lot of you are suffering from acne so I'll tell you all what I did
1. drank a whole lot of water with a squeezed lemon in it.
2.applied bio oil and vitamin e
3.washed my face with salicylic acid twice daily.

No I didnt get any reaction by using bio oil and vitamin e capsules are available in the drugstores and medical shops you can buy them and then prick them with a needle it has an oily substance which can be mixed with bio oil to make it work way faster.

That's great for you! I now use sulfur soap and it cleared up everything within a week. I still have some spots buuuuut really it's like almost all gone! But I can't use bio oil so it's awesome that you can and you found something that works!!
