I love my Russian red lipstick, but it transfers unto everything! cups, food etc... any way I could make it have more staying power?

Take a tissue hold it over your lips and use a small fluffy brush and apply hd translucent setting powder thru the tissue and it makes your lips matte an last

I put translucent powder whenever I use red and that seems to help a bit.

What I so is apply the lipstick. Blot it and then put translucent powder over. I like to use corn starch as it really helps. Then apply another layer of lipstick then blot once more. The powder helps to mattify the lipstick and helps get rid of the moisture in it that causes it to transfer. Applying another layer helps keep the color the way it's suppose to be as adding the powder can make the lipstick appear lighter. The second layer on top is just to make the color look more rich and the powder under will still help take out some of the moisture as well as the second blotting
