Of course :) you can always use things in other ways than intended. Like lipstick for blush, eyeshadow for eyeliner, mascara as eyeliner ect.

I think so It will be more of a sheer effect. If it is more powdery the apply a Chapstick first because it can dry out your lips.

Yes you can, have you ever heard of the Nars Multiple? The idea is to be able to use it as lipstick, blush and eyeshadow for a monochromatic look. Blush as lipstick is often very pretty, with a subtle "my lips but better" feel to it.

Yes you can! I use my be a bombshell it stick as blush and lipstick! Make sure you put Chapstick or lip balm on before you apply because those sticks can be drying.

I would! I use blush as eye shadow! That's the great thing about makeup there could be a multipurpose to a lot of products.

Yes I'm sure you can! There's a DIY where you use blush as a lipstick so I'd think you'd be able to use it!
