I agree with Lili or Ben nye luxury powder but it kinda hard to find. I put theatrical makeup in google maps and found a few places in my area that sells it. You can also buy it online 2 though. I also kinda like the japonesque one that sold at ulta.

My fav is Nars Crystal Powder. Its minute light reflecting particles impart a skin-like finish while leaving your skin matte but not dry looking.
