11, and I wore way to much and started way too young, in my opinion. I'm talking wearing my mother's foundation powder(she has a Native American skin tone, while I am about as pale as you can be, so it looked horrendous) eyeshadow EVERYWHERE, a neon pink blusher, and different bright lippies. I have no idea what compelled me to wear foundation when I had clear skin, but it ruined my skin because I didn't realize I had to take it off. It's worth mentioning that all the makeup also ruined my pristine white pillow cases because I slept with it on. Thankfully, my dog got into my room one day when I was gone and chewed up all my makeup. My mother and I went out to buy new makeup and bought only the basics; brown mascara, a neutral blush, a light eyeshadow, and some clear lipgloss. I was twelve by then, and thankfully no longer looked like a clown. I didn't start wearing face makeup again (in my color this time) until close to my fourteenth birthday, and I didn't switch to black mascara or add in eyeliner until thirteen. Now I can experiment more freely with colored lippies and colored eyeshadow without looking like a clown, thank goodness. 😂😊💁

11-12 but I only used kohl liner and lip balm. No full face makeup as my skin was still baby like and didn't even enter teenage period.

Really honestly? I started wearing foundation at eleven! I know. It's crazy. But I don't even wear foundation now. Just eyeliner and mascara!
