Hello Nicole,
I'm just curious to know what is your price range, and what type of base colour is your under eye circles: Are they blue tinged (if so, use a yellow based concealer), or browny/yellowish tinged (if so, I'd recommend a peachy coloured concealer) eye circles. Different colour eye circles would needs a different colour based concealer to achieve a flawless concealed under eye.
The second question is, what's your price range high medium or low?
HIGH: I'd really recommend the Cle De Peau concealer. I just got this for my birthday last week and it's extraordinary! It's super creamy, pigmented and the best bit of all, it doesn't cake your under eyes like some certain concealers, as you are able to warm this concealer up literally with the touch of your finger to distribute the coverage.
MEDIUM: Prolong wear by MAC is a lovely concealer to be using for the under eyes, as I find it doesn't cake under the my eyes, however I find the coverage isn't as full in comparison to the Cle De Peau. But nonetheless, you could always build it up t your desired amount.
With the prolong wear concealer, I also use the bobbi brown tinted eye brightening cream, and this helps with bring tiny little particles that reflect to really enhance the "fresh awake look". Just on a side note, these tiny particles are so small that you can hardly realize there is any particles under your eye, so you don't look like a disco ball haha :P. I generally use this combination when I've got work and university exams going on at the same time.
LOW: Fow low priced product. I actually use this roller ball by garnier, I don't have the specific name, but I do believe it's purpose is to minimize blemishes, but because the consistency is so smooth and creamy, and I have it in the lightest shade, I generally use this for my under eye area and it does an amazing job. If you are interested in finding that name of the garnier roller ball, just message me and I'd be more than happy to get it out of my collection haha!
I hope this has helped you find a concealer that would work wonders for your under eye area.
Good luck!

I use Bobbi Brown corrector and her concealing duo (duo comes with setting powder). I've been using it off and on for several years and it does an awesome job at covering up my various sins (lack of sleep is major for me). Whatever corrector/ concealer you go with using an eye cream is a must before application or else it just defeats the purpose of trying to conceal.

I have the hylaluronic eye cream and it's a miracle. Shelley is right. Makes a perfect canvas for concealer. I really want it bye bye that Traci mentioned and I currently I currently use erase paste for my salmon colored corrector and it's awesome. I also use mabeline dream lumi for my under eye crease. The set with your choice of powder and voilá beautiful eyes!!
