Go to a salon or bleach It again then put a toner on. You might be able to tone it as is, and get the color you want. Hard to tell from the lighting

Can you take a picture in natural sun light?

I'd tone it for now then add gradual highlights.

I know I've said thanks before but it works.. Before bleachn it agin apply cocnut oil on your hair the night befor the next day before coloring your hair, when you wake up keep the coconut oil in there and apply the color. It won't affect the color but help from further damage. That way you can go blond like you want but avoid as much damge as possible.

Use Jobaz color remover to get that orange color out ,deep condition it then go have it professionally bleach because your hair texture can't take over possessing and it will break off

You might kill your hair if it's not professionally done. Also to not kill your hair you might have ugly hair for a few days to give it resting time (:

I would go to a salon and tell them what happened and see what they can do.

You need smtg ashy blue green in there to remove those orange red tones. Maybe even lighten a little bit too.

I would see a professional colorist. Trying to fix it at home will likely cause much more damage and will be extremely difficult.

It's still to dark to be toned it will just turn brown it needs to be lightened again before it's toned, salons can be expensive, but if you go to a local beauty school the students do your hair under supervision of their instructor and it's much cheaper.. The beauty school I went to charged $30. where as I would charge you in my salon around $120 a little more or lense going by the density of your hair (I'm just judging by as far as I can tell) I don't suggest you try to fix it at home? you could make it worse or ruin the integrity of your hair.
