So I read today that your eyebrows should be a few shades lighter than your hair color unless your a blonde than it's vice versa. So my hair is brown but my eyebrows are naturally almost black is that normal??

Yup. Its perfectly normal. I have reddish hair and my eyebrows are almost black. Both are natural. And like Megan said, who cares? You're beautiful! :)
