Well..some peeps aren't a fan of this method, but you can soak cotton balls in polish remover..then wrap each in aluminum foil. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes and then test one to gauge how much more time you may or may not need. That's how my salon removes it.

To make it easier you could put a top coat of nail polish first so there is a layer between the glitter polish and your nail.

I've heard using felt is a good way to get it off faster. Because its a little rougher and more durable than cotton balls or pads. I use the foil method mentioned above though. It works pretty well, a little drying but that kind of happens when doing your nails anyway so lol.

You can also use Elmers Glue as a basecoat. I do that with glitter polishes! Some brands actually have a peel off basecoat too(:

Put some polish remover on a cotton ball or toilet paper, put it on your nail and then wrap in tin/aluminum foil. I usually put a plastic glove over my hand and let it sit for roughly ten minutes or so.

Another method is to unravel a cotton ball, put some polish remover in the cap of the bottle, then soak small pieces of the cotton in the remove and place it on top of my nail for a 5-10 minutes.
