What's this brush used for?

It's a lovely double ended brush, it's super soft but just wondered what each end is used for? The bigger end could be foundation but maybe to small? Thanks guys :) x

The bigger brush is a Paddle brush for foundation,Concealer for larger areas and the little one is concealer and an eye definer. :)
