Need help with hair.

I went to the salon asking for the color on the right and ended up with bright yellow on the top and orange at the ends and I previously had dark blonde highlights and they are showing extra light ash blonde right now...I don't want to go the hair salon since they didn't do a good job in the first place... What do ya suggest I should do?

You could try using a purple shampoo, I use the 'shimmer lights' one. That helps get rid of the orange/brassy tones in my hair :)

Yea I'm currently using that one... It really hasn't helped me much.

Yea I might as well go back and hopefully she can fix it... kind of don't trust that she can do the job... But hopefully everything turns out well :)

You definitely need to tell her you don't like it, this happens sometimes I find and usually they are very nice and will let you come in for free to fix it. You clearly have her a picture of what you wanted and that's definitely not it. I'm surprised she didn't say anything to you at the end about it.
