So this is kind of a weird topic... but I had the beginning of a pimple on my chin and I put toothpaste on it and it literally burned a hole through my skin so I was wondering if anyone has good ways of getting rid of it fast or covering it up with concealer? thanks.

This is why toothpaste is bad to put on a pimple or anywhere near the skin, it will only irritate the skin bad! Yes put neosporin on it, or ice it for a few minutes. I don't think it would go away fast but try not to put makeup on it for now.

Toothpaste makes your skin dry out which might be why it didn't help :c.

Toothpaste of today is loaded with chemicals that weren't in previous toothpastes. A tube of Zinc or Nuetrogena spot treatment is safer and more effective. Bare Minerals makes a highly effective heal and conceal "Blemish Therapy" for spots. Burt's Bees has a Tea Tree Oil rollerball that is also great. For now..you are dealing with a sore, not a pimple. I'd apply neosporin and cover it with a bandaid to speed healing.

Try using aloe , it is a must have for all the women in my family , it heals almost any burn or blemish.
good luck girly :) p.s try not to use to many chemicals because I use organic tooth paste from Whole Foods and it cleared up pretty fast so that could be the cause. :)
