Hi, I am considering changing my hair as I'm sick of it LOL. Would this look suit me? If not, I'm open for suggestions but keep in mind I'd like a fringe and brown hair. Thank you. :)

Yes it would look beautiful! Keep in mind that the curls and the hairstyle needs a lot of work.
If you want the exact look you have to curl your hair and use a volume powder or another product that gives volume..

My hair is similar. I work treseme mousse white the hair is wet. Then let air dry or diffuse/ then I add a few finishing curls with an iron and straighten my bangs... Hope it helps!! Also to get volume you may need a shorter length cut.
