?Anyone know any good eyelash growth serum?

?Do they even work?

? Can your eyelashes grow with a serum?

Only with Latiesse.
Any other method ( Oils, Vaseline, etc. ) won't make them grow. Vaseline will build up and cause an eye infection and give the illusion of grown lases- and any oil recipe will simply condition your lashes so that they don't break off as easily.

Exactly what Kitty said. anyone who said otherwise has been misinformed.
you can also curl your lashes, use falsies, or a lengenthing mascara to make them look longer.

Eat healthy! what I have learned is fruits and vegetables make your hair, and skin more healthier. and make sour hair grow faster.
