Gel is amazing but you need a brush preferably angled eye liner. Liquid is great and in my opinion the easiest to wing it out

I find gel and liquid formulas to be longer lasting than pencils generally speaking. I love the physicians formula liquid liner, stilas liquid liner also lasts all day and makeup geek makeup forever are gel liners that will last all day as well if you want a long lasting pencil try a waterproof formula such as the urban decay 24/7 pencils

Revlon color stay liquid liner WILL NEVER BUDGE lasts alllllllldayerrrday ;) but its a bit intense so other natural days i use Physicians Formula Eyebooster eyeliner (not the thick pen but the thinner brush pen)
