I have stopped using my flat iron as,well trying to re-embrace my curls. I use a gentle clarifying shampoo. And alternate a hydrating/protein mask weekly. I use a curl cream and curl gel from tresseme at the moment. It has all really helped get my hair under control. I'd love to see a pic of your curls!

When was the last time you trimmed split end off? That can cause frizziness. I would say invest in a good diffuser and use the no poo method and embrace your curls!
