BB Cream for oily skin.

I have oily skin, and I'm just starting out with makeup. I feel like BB cream would be a good start, however I was wondering what kind of BB cream would be good for oily skin, and is inexpensive.

Any type that has WATER and no oil in it. Even with oily skin it's important to always get hydrating creams.

Garnier BB cream for oily/combo skin. I apply it over my daytime serum and top it off with my mineral spf and I'm good to go. Keeps my oil slick at a bay. A little oil may peak thru after 8 hours of wear but its not a mess. Going on my 4th tube of the stuff. Can usually get it on sale at CVS or Walgreens.
