I use mua pro brow it is a highlight and wax and 2 brow colours to choose from and it come with an angled brush it is great value only 3.50 and you can fid it on the superdrug website or the mua website

I would honestly say that eyebrows can be the make or break with a whole look therefore it's totally essential to invest in the right tools for em! I would recommend Anastasia dipbrow to be used in conjunction with their brow wiz for fine hair strokes where necessary, with an angled brush plus spooly( their # 12 brush I believe) the brow duality highlighter and a concealer x

I have no experience with it but I've heard the Elf Brow Kit is a dupe for the Anastasia Kit. I quite like the essence eyebrow designer pencil. Does the job for me :)
