I use it everytime I put lipstick on, I just love it! It makes a big difference in my opinion :)

It's alright but mine broke, so I can't roll it up all the way. I want to return it.

Love it. I line my lips with the clear Maybelline lip pencil and fill in with this, let it set at least a minute till tacky. The stuff works like a charm, but lips have to be clean and you have to let it set
